    Club Vikes Summer Session

    With the COVID-19 guidelines, closures, etc. we'll have some changes to Club Vikes this summer. Many of those details are still being worked out. As of right now, our summer session will start as it normally would have on Tuesday, May 26th, staff will continue to wear masks if they choose, temperatures will be taken upon arrival, disinfect toys/rooms/etc. daily, group sizes will be limited to 10 by splitting the kids into appropriate age groups. Just a reminder that we take kiddos who are going into Kindergarten through 7th grade for the 2020-2021 school year, during the 2020 summer. Billing will return to normal as of May 26th for the summer session. All of this is subject to change at any time! 

    The district is still making decisions regarding summer rec. activities, summer school, camps, etc. There is a spot to list things that you would plan to register your child(ren) for but at this time, we don't know if or when those activities will take place. This too is subject to change at anytime!

    Club Vikes during the COVID-19 School Closure

    Club Vikes (School-aged Child Care at VES) will be open from 6:30am-6:00pm Monday-Friday at this time for children whose parents/guardians work in healthcare, emergency services, educators, utility workers, and food distribution (added as of 3/18). 

    Club Vikes will be providing the care for children during their regular hours which are listed below with prices. No one will be billed for "regular school hours" as that is required coverage and provided by the school. 

    • Monday (Non-School Day) - $25 for >/=6 hours per child and $15 for <6 hours per child.
    • Tuesday-Friday (Regular School Days) - $4 before school hours (6:30-7:30am),  $6 after school hours (3:15-6:00pm), OR $9 before and after school hours

    If your child(ren) is currently enrolled in our program, please contact Emily directly to set up hours. If your child(ren) is not currently enrolled, please fill out the application on the link below. 

    We ask that if your child(ren) has anything that classifies them as "vulnerable" or cold symptoms, fever, etc. that you please keep them home for the safety of your child and all other children/staff at Club Vikes.
