Driver's Education
Pelican Rapids Schools Driver’s Education Program Overview
Blue and white cards will be digital instead of paper. We will be using an online portal system through the MN Driver and Vehicle Services to identify students who have earned a blue or white card. Along with digital e-cards, we will once again be able to give the knowledge (permit) test here in Pelican Rapids. Students and their parents/guardians will still have to visit DVS to do the paperwork for their permit.
