As we come to the close of another successful school year, I want to take a moment to reflect with gratitude and pride on all that we have accomplished together.

This year has been filled with growth, resilience, and achievement across our schools. Our students have demonstrated dedication in the classroom, on the stage, in competitions, and in service to others. None of this would be possible without the unwavering commitment of our outstanding staff, whose passion and care continue to make a lasting impact on every student at Pelican Rapids Schools. To our families and community members, thank you for your partnership, support, and trust—you are an essential part of what makes Pelican Rapids such a special place.

As we celebrate the end of this school year, we are also excited to offer a variety of summer activities for our students. These summer programs provide opportunities for fun and learning while building teamwork and leadership skills. We encourage families to explore the online registration links available on the school website and take advantage of these opportunities to make this summer an unforgettable experience filled with growth, joy, and friendship.

While we celebrate the accomplishments of this year, we are also looking ahead. This fall, from August through November, the school district will begin a comprehensive long-term planning process. This important work will help guide the future direction of Pelican Rapids Schools, ensuring we continue to meet the evolving needs of our students and community.

A key component of this process will be meaningful engagement with all stakeholders. We are committed to gathering input from staff, students, parents, and community members through surveys, meetings, and collaborative discussions. Your voice will play a vital role in shaping our shared vision and priorities for the years ahead.
