MDE Survey Information

Pelican Rapids School District will be participating in a statewide survey conducted by the Minnesota Department of Education in partnership with the Departments of Health, Human Services and Public Safety. The Minnesota Student Survey (MSS)  surveys young people in grades 5, 8, 9, and 11 about a variety of risk and protective factors.  The MSS is both voluntary and anonymous; it will be administered at school between January and May 2016.  Parents/ Guardians will receive a formal letter in January 2016, describing the survey and your right to review the survey, as well as the right to opt your child out of survey participation.
